Conflict and Extended Minerals Social Responsibility Statement

To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and support global human rights, environmental protection, and sustainable development goals, our company is committed to ensuring that metals used in our products and supply chains do not originate from areas associated with armed conflict, illegal mining, or human rights violations.

Following the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) guidelines, we implement the following measures to ensure transparency and compliance in our supply chain:

1. Conflict Minerals (3TG) Management:
According to the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) published by RMI, we regularly investigate the sources of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold in our supply chain to ensure they do not come from conflict or high-risk areas.

2. Extended Minerals Management:
Based on the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT), we trace the sources of other high-risk minerals such as cobalt, mica, graphite, copper, lithium, and nickel to ensure responsible sourcing.

3. Supplier Requirements:
  • All suppliers are required to provide CMRT/EMRT reports for review.

  • Only materials from smelters or refiners certified under the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) may be procured.

  • Establish internal management and documentation systems to ensure mineral traceability.

  • If high-risk or non-compliant sources are identified, immediate reporting and corrective actions are required.
