U.R.T. L&D System
To improve (maintain) the employees' performance, URT offers the various learning and development training system such as pre-work training, duty training, internal, external and self-learning system. On the other hand, it enhances the working efficiency and corporate achievement as well as in advance of knowledge and skills.
 

Pre-work training program—We provide pre-work training program such as company introduction, product knowledge, vocational security and sanitation training for new colleagues.

   

Duty training program—Each employee has variety trainings to be a professional employee in his working area. The training programs contain marketing management, R&D management, quality control management, financial management, procurement management, human resource management, production management, computer information management, and other training programs.

   

Internal training program—U.R.T. provides the internal training programs that contain our product attributes, professional skills, technology and know-how for our employees.

   

External training program—We encourage and subsidize our employees to attend the outsourcing training programs in order to improve their abilities.

   

Self-learning program—We offer self-learning program such as corporate library which allows our staff to gain new knowledge.
